How do I place an order for Equipment or Stock Apparel without decoration?
  1. Choose the appropriate category and select items on usa.softball.axioathletic.com.
  2. Add items to the cart.
  3. Proceed to secure checkout to enter shipping and payment details.
  4. An order confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided when the order is received.

How do I place an order for JUICE or SPLASH Sublimation items?
  1. Follow the link to the Champro Uniform Builder via the Custom Uniform section at the top of any page on this website or by clicking here.
  2. Select your way through the appropriate prompts until you have designed your jersey and/or pant combination.
  3. From here you can fill out a roster, save your design, or print out a pdf. (You’ll be required to register an account on the Champro website to download the pdf that will be needed to submit to Axio Athletic for a mockup.)
  4. After you have saved the pdf of your uniform design please fill out this request form found here.
  5. Even if you uploaded custom artwork in the Uniform Builder, we ask that you do so again on the form. Our uniform designers will be working off the files uploaded on the form.
  6. Once you fill out the form and you submit it you will receive an email confirmation. Someone from our team will contact you within 1-2 business days with the official mockup of your uniform.
  7. After you approve of the uniform mockup our customer service team will finalize your order and collect your payment.

How do I place an order for Screen Printed Decorated Stock Items?
  1. Follow the link to the USA Softball Stock Decoration Screen Printing Request Form via the Custom Uniform section at the top of this page or found here.
  2. Select your way through the appropriate prompts on this form until you have completed information for your mockup jersey.
  3. For your convenience there is a full pricelist you can expand to help guide you with any pricing decisions at the bottom of the form.
  4. Make sure to upload any custom artwork as our uniform designers will need this to provide you a mockup.
  5. For stock pants you will place that order separately on this website, but if you want to include a roster of jersey sizes and numbers please include that at the bottom of the form.
  6. Once you fill out the form and submit it you will receive an email confirmation. Someone from our team will contact you within 1-2 business days with the official mockup of your uniform.
  7. After you approve of the uniform mockup our customer service team will help finalize your order and collect your payment.

What is your processing time?
Our goal is to get your order to you ASAP. Our standard turnaround time is 14 business days. Equipment or non-decorated stock apparel ordered before 4:00 PM CST will ship the same day.


What are your delivery options?
We ship all Axio Athletic packages UPS ground unless otherwise specified. For rates on faster or expedited shipping give us a call 847-941-9801.


What is your shipping & handling pricing?
FREE Shipping on orders $100 or more 
*Orders under $100 flat rate shipping: $10.00
*Free shipping may not be applied to orders shipping outside of the lower 48 US continental states.
*For orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska there will be a flat rate of $49.99 for all orders $499.99 or less. All orders $500.00 or more will be charged a flat rate of 10% of the order subtotal.


Can I return my order?
Yes. Items may be returned if they are damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. We cannot accept returns on decorated items or items that have encountered ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. For a full list of requirements for returns click here.
